Kids grow big already likely will stay in SG unless you send them abroad study but then not quite the same. Kids will then have to migrate on their own merits and efforts.

If do for kids must go early when boys are below 11 years old. You struggle in SG to upturn the system for what if the kids no longer in SG ie yiu offspring not in SG anymore?

Wrong...there are number of countries that do not required vaxx status to enter.
Granted they do not include places like the US....but I certainly do not wish to
spend my tourist $ in a country that is worse than Singapore when it comes to abusing
human freedoms by way of medical terrorism.

I'll be looking forward to discovering new places that dont keep harping about vaxxes.
Its going to be the next high growth industry...catering to the unvaxxed.

Meanwhile, if you think vaxx is the key to opening up, get your popcorn ready.
The show is in its early stages...lots of action to follow....and it won't be pretty.

ISD? I am not ISD. I did meet with one ISD guy. He made friends with me on SBF back in 2004. Had lunch with him at Jurong Point then realized he is ISD.

I think those 4 seasons type countries usually dont have a retiree program they tend to take immigrants who are young and are of working age.

But if your kids are citizens or PR they could sponsor you.

Canada now quite difficult cos it is by lottery system! So see luck. But must have enough income between spouse and applicant to sponsor parents (amount required is for 3 consecutive years and increases as family size gets bigger applicant spouse kids and parents.).
