You got this right, remember, Tuck You ( pronounced with a "ffff") was a Rear Adm in the Navy. The other would be design, many of the pools are very close to driveways in the condos. It is now popular to see swimming pools surrounded by glass, elevated...some disaster will happen soon & the people in authority, will convene a committee to look into the safety issue.

There is a general issue of safety with pools, especially depth beyond 1.2m where even adult can get drowned. There is no safety barrier preventing accidental fall into the pool. Cyclelists skate-boarders etc also can dash inside and have a dip accidentally. Can be deadly.
