Mysterious Woman Captured on Camera Casually Riding a Black Horse on the Streets of Shanghai
by Bryan Ke17 hours ago
In what may sound like a totally random event, a woman was recently apprehended by the police for riding her horse at night on a street in Shanghai while wearing a somewhat revealing costume.

The extremely random and weird incident happened on Wednesday, September 12, at around 11 p.m. when many pedestrians saw a woman casually riding her horse down Yan’an West Road in Shanghai, according to Shanghaiist.

It was definitely a rather rare sight to behold to see a woman, who was wearing high-heeled boots and revealing outfit, riding her horse like it was the most normal thing to do. And so, motorists couldn’t help but ask her what the heck is going on.

One brave motorcycle driver asked her what she’s doing, but the woman just casually answered: “Nothing, this is my pet.”

Obviously, this kind of stunt wouldn’t go unnoticed in the eyes of authorities especially with China’s overly sophisticated surveillance camerasinstalled around the country.

Police eventually caught up to 26-year-old Shanghai native around the intersection of Chongqing South Road and Huaihai Middle Road and was asked to pull over, according to ThePaper.

She was put into custody, but it is still unclear what made her do this rather weird stunt. The woman was later released with a stern warning from the police.

A somewhat similar incident happened a couple of weeks ago in Beijing when a man was pulled over by the police and asked to stop what he was doing when he decided to take his homemade robot out for a spin.
