granted the accident about Shanghai metro is more serious than the blackout and disruption of service in SG...but surely SMRT if they are customer oriented shld at least offer an apology? The CEO of Shanghai metro apolgised and bowed to the media.
Where is SMRT CEO? She ought to come out to apologize.
If you look at the recent case of Hokkaido Metro CEO, he killed himself bcos the gahmen criticized the performance of Hokkaido metro as unacceptable.
