All these PAP housing ministers have caused the HDB prices to rocket up skyhigh to enslave the singaporean citizens in the last 30 years.
If u have only one HDB flat,so what if the market value of your HDB flat is high,the HDB only want u to feel asset rich but u are cash poor.U think your children in future can afford to buy HDB flats ??? Singaporeans deserved to be electric shocked with a stun-gun in their heads !!! Singaporeans deserved no pity !!!
 
Sinkees shouldn't have to spend their whole working life to pay off the mortgage of a subsidized flat! Where is the subsidy? So, if the government doesn't offer its mythical subsidy, sinkees wouldn't be available to afford housing at all?
