The Old Fart wrote this letter based on only two factors. One is that S'pore is a first world country and two, we had the best people in govt all this while. He's wrong on both counts. S'pore is not a first world country. And we don't have the best people in govt. With those two factors thrown out of the window, the rest of his letter are pure nonsense.
