The Old Fart wrote this letter based on only two factors. One is that S'pore is a first world country and two, we had the best people in govt all this while. He's wrong on both counts. S'pore is not a first world country. And we don't have the best people in govt. With those two factors thrown out of the window, the rest of his letter are pure nonsense.
 
Distance judged the strength of a horse.
Time judged a man.
Time have certainly exposed LKY true capabilities.
He should have quit long time ago.
