Tao Li: PRC turned Singaporean. big hit to make it to the finals and get fifth.

Unfortunately, even the Malaysian swimmer in that heat (who was the first to the finish) was not fast enough to make it to the semis.

So our dear girl, who was last, is way off olympic quality.
