there is no market for such cooling system, most buyers of pc go for cheapest price unit.
those who willing to pay big bucks for speed, do not mind the noise as long as it is not too excessive.

high end air is as quiet as high performance water cooling.

also due to intel process for cpu manufacturing, the difference between high end water and air is getting so small, really not worth the hassle.

Techies can always build the quietest/fastest/prettiest hardware but if the market doesn't need it, it's as good as useless.

Sorry, not for me. Not into virtual stuff. Live in the real world. I like to go outdoors, bbq, bike, water-sports. Walking outdoors is better than playing games on the computer. When I was younger, play soccer and other active, physical games.
