Why CP Ng must step down? We all know the reasons esp when we look at

Khoo Boon Hui who did a sloppy job stepped down into a Sr DS job - not good enuf as PS
CP Ng will go into a DS job although CEO of PUB is a deception....

Leo Yip who was 3 -4 rungs below CP Khoo moved over to DS job in MOM and quickly got promoted to PS MOM ................... he is now Chairman EDB which is traditionally a PS-level like Phillip Yeo was PS MINDEF before moving to NCB and EDB

So what are the reasons for his demotion?

1. Bad mgmt n control of SPF esp the top wigs are known to fuck ard........ S Tan was known as police cunt n in return get first hand info for her to get published in ST.... always asking for more manpower - who can't manage with so much manpower? Wven my dog can do it as top dogs of all dogs in sg
2. Big wigs like Peter Lim, Ng Boon Gay fucked ard...incl husband of one Mediacorp actress now returning to the screen
3. Not forgetting the screwups at Little India riot

U want the truth? You can't handle the truth!! LOL. The truth is the Angchia riot police Mount Vernon Camp is a short march to Woodleigh MRT Station, and that woodleigh is 4 stations to Little India MRT station on the same NE line. They could have march the riot police in their full gear down to woodleigh, commandeer one train and be in Little India within 20 mins. Simi Lancehow 2 hour traffic jam? The vehicles with water cannons can arrive later dependent on the traffic conditions. But u have boots on the scene within 30 mins. Those riot police would have dealt swiftly with the rioters even without the water cannon and other vehicular support. But non of these scholar CP and their deputies can think outside the box.

it's a necessary job rotation and excellent new tour of duty for career enhancement and character development. he will make a good civil serpent if he picks up experience and crisis management with all kinds of roles and responsibilities in gov admin, from ponding to sewage spills to tunnel collapse to riot control to hacking to heckling to hawking to loansharking to vice control. it's a path to higher leadership.
