Hougang is like a Country within a Country..

Time and time again, those defeated Pappy Scums walked out of Hougang with bruised balls and tails between their legs..

The term "rebel" is not derogatory. Its quite apt as they have been holding out on their own terms and forgoing upgrading and other material gains.
