For example, if your subordinates at work think that you are allowed to force them to work OT and didn't know that there are rules preventing you from doing so, you will just do it!!

In SAF, so many warrant officers like to threaten NSFs by saying they will charge them for some reporting late to camp. Firstly a warrant officer cannot charge a serviceman.
