If you travel along Bartley Road there are two major HDB BTO construction projects ongoing now: Woodleigh Hillside and Woodleigh Glen. On the fence wall of the construction site you can see a new picture: a man showing up at the doorstep of a woman, surprising her with a bouquet of flowers. Something about BTO surprising you with value for your budget etc.
