TCB has categorically stated during Face 2 Face Part 2 that he believed that the detainees were guilty, and until new evidence shows otherwise he still believes the correctness of the decision made in 1987.

Was there evidence in 1987 to prove that the detainees were Marxist conspirators ?

The detainees should prove that they are innocent and seek redress since they had already been detained.

If there isn't any evidence to substantiate that detention, based on what did the cabinet then based their decision on?

Guilty until proven innocent? PAPpies have dumbed down Sinkies so much that these sheep have no fucking idea what rights are and why we should have them. How sad :(

Waoh. PAP law is guilty until proven not guilty. What is this stupid law? For Kangaroo court only.
We all know that not guilty until proven guilty in court.

This is similar to Dr Mat proclaiming Anwar as a bapok.

In order to supplant the Pagans, the x'tians had to demonise their foes' deities as demons.

The Japs staged the Marco Polo Incident as an excuse to 'civilise' the chinks.

You need to exercise your brains more often.
