A lot of things are about timing. Luck comes about if the timing is right. I would not mind my place being enbloc-ed right now even if I could get just 20% more above current market price if the unit was sold individually. However, I would not want to sell in 10 years time, even if I could get >100% above the current price, as then I think I would be rather too old then to want the hassle of relocating.:o
