He didn't bring anyone with him. He took over the DY Commandant position from a useless Singh and turned things around simply by showing zero tolerance to anything that was below standards.

He didn't bother going after the small fries. He took aim at the COs and the OCs. I didn't have to do any DO duties for more than 8 months because the roster was so full of officers doing 7, 14 and 21 extra duties.

Luckily I was off his radar or I might have ended up in the same boat.
