I hope after all the racist cyberbullying by oppies. Telsa managed to hire a logistics analyst who is fluent in both English and Hindi.
The insignificant nobody me wish Tesla all the best with it recruitment. Tesla is a great & highly innovative company in the World, & that it had sought to make a presence here in Singapore is significant. Ultimately, no matter HOW far the ideals of Mr Musk's highly commendable genius, efforts, etc, to elevate Humanity, he MUST still take into account of WHERE he operates in, in order to SUCCESSFULLY implement his ideals & fulfillment of Humanity's promised destiny - to the stars..
There is no denial that for a company to survive in a free market, it would need to find the lowest cost factors, such as so called low cost grads from overseas often unregulated from degree mills.
But it must also bear in mind of the SOCIAL costs should LOCALS - proven intelligent & hardworking for decades, & have to bear high cost of living in Singapore, commiserate for each Singaporean child, parents & absolute dedicated taxpayers in social funding, for their efforts in education to higher levels-NUS, ITE & even in UPGRADING of skills, be maligned, paid low wages & angered, which will result in the boycotting of products not just in Singapore, but Worldwide thru powerful social media, that Mr. Musk's dreams had sacrificed his life for, to ELEVATE Humanity.
Mr Musk has much to be concerned with daily, & would had delegated decisions to its REGIONAL managers to oversea his dreams, but sadly, as each manager is NO entrepreneur or capable of Mr. Musk dreams, they merely followed fallacious idiosyncrasies of ' cheap is best' to show up or modify audit books to show their success & keep their jobs in an MNC, only common till audits & societal damages to Mr. Musk's dreams are proven.
Thus, it is not Mr. Musk efforts & his dreams are at fault. It lies with his sadly MISPLACED trust in his short-sighted Regional Managers, whom should had be sacked, or placed in other positions that will bring no harm to his dreams.
