bro, u sure or not. armour got a lot of porlampar jialiaobee regulars. for every 20 officers, maybe only 1 can lead men to fight. i seen my fair share of screw up officers. many of the combat team OCs CMI and many tag team commanders can go "holland" in area D. and i seen high flyer scholar led battlion failed atec. IMHO, the pengkias are well drilled but let down by imcompetent occifers.

I do not know if he can be a good soldier but he has the cut to be a good politician. You are right about the armour officers nowadays. During my time in SOA, the specialist training is a few times tougher than the officer's training.

CMIs regulars can trained out good competent commanders? dont mind me for saying this, even the sgt who go thru Sispec cannot compare to those 2IC who go to SOA after 1yr as pengkia. one years in the ranks will know who a good soldier and who not.
