STOMPer Allan wonders if his neighbours are doing their part for the environment when he spotted these chicken wings being 'barbequed' in the sun, as opposed to being cooked with more traditional methods.

Said the STOMPer:

"Do your part to tackle global warming!

"My environmentally conscious neighbours are reducing their carbon footprints by barbequing their lunch (chicken wings) using solar energy!

"Pictures taken from Blk 638 Bedok Reservoir Road."

This is part of the preparation process. The chicken are poached in boiling water with vinegar (or lime juice) and honey (or malt). Then they are dried under the sun before they are deep fried in hot oil. This will produce crispy skin.
