This is the one I use. Never fails me.
The Ruskie devs are very friendly and responsive too.
Also available for mobile.
Take note that it is banned on Google Play for petty reasons, so if you use Android and want to install it, it requires additional steps.

use firefox focus, I have never gone back since. Blocked off all rubbish ads & videos.

It is free. But you can pay for extra premium features. I didn't pay.
