Need help on translation

Anyone here knows, or can recommend any software application and/or translation device for Laos dialect to english and vice versa? Need a bit urgent.

Unfortunately, no device or software available for Lao translation. Closest you can get is Thai. Laos language which is Issan language is understood by many in LOS.

Help you with Issan, it means North East Thailand.
