I want to create an Italian brand name chocolate. Where to I insert the word 'de' ?

Cioccolato de Rossi ? Or de cioccolato Rossi ?

Rossi is just an example.

there is no "de" in modern italian. di and da are used today as prepositions. da is usually used in official or proper names, such as referring to the place one is from, which family one is descended from, or which trade the family specializes in. di is the most common preposition used today, usually referring to objects, food, services, etc. "de" is a bastardized or shortened (sometimes spoken) illiterate version from del (male) or della (female) which means "of the".

if you use "de", italians with knowledge on chinese curse words will use "ta ma de" on you.
