Zebra is a Thai brand as mentioned above. Its widely use here in Thailand, yes its expensive but everyone here use it cos it last a long long time. Zebra's competitor is Seagull (also another Thai brand) which is a little cheaper but Zebra is still preferred.
When buying stainless steel products its prudent to compare. A cheaper one is usually thinner and lighter. Even within Zebra brand you may find two "identical" product but different price only when you carry it you will know one is heavier and the other is lighter and most of the time its in the base, one has a thick base.
