I am thinking to setup a online obituary business. Idea is to consolidate in archive and active site for the deceased. Users can login to view the daily dead people and search for the deceased. Family member of the decease can also upload memorial photos .
Can get the undertakers to ads on my site.
Which authority do I need to get approval from ?
To make the site less fearful, domain name will be something cheeky e.g. www.silanggia.sg.com
The main page will be reserved for the main man of sinkieland :p
