Check the serial no of your laptop. Electrical shock could just be a sign.

Got one time I was trying to tidy up the messy wires on the floor,
did not see a small exposed live wire, as I held it, I got a shock,
luckily my elbow was touching the window grill, the electricity just
shot out of my elbow and into the window grill in split second,
don't know what will happen if my elbow was not touching the window grill??

there is nothning relates to window grill.
all modern window grill are exterior coated.it cant conduct electricity
