You mean you haven't gotten the Lightning @ SG app from NEA? Please go install it on your smart phone, I could monitor the fast approaching rain coming over from Plentong a couple of days back and I quickly kept all my clothes without letting them get wet. 6 km radius real time monitoring. How can you say they are incompetent? Avoid the android version, bad reviews for it. I'm using the iPhone so the IOS version works fine.

You get what you pay for. The people at NEA are paid very little so their output is correspondingly little. Pay them more and you will get a better service. Are you happy to fight for them to get more remuneration?
