It's all about the money.

Do they glorify the "top sales" personnel who manged to clock the highest number of tickets issued?

Those in sales line will know this. The photo is hung up on a wall. For honor and glory.

Many of those that they employ are FT from Malaysia, so go figure that out!

A member of public Jernisey Lau said that there was a difference between NEA officers and police officers, and questioned whether NEA officers had the authorithy to use force on an offender.

Remember that NEA has no power of arrest and should call the police instead of manhandling the offender.

NEA officer cannot use force. Just walk away not need try to argue with them wasting time and buying time for police to come.
