I tried the Kavalan whisky from Taiwan someone mentioned, and it's really smooth. Recently found something similar during a cocktail night Singapore event and was surprised by the range of local twists on classic drinks. Some bartenders even used soju and gula melaka in mixes. Got me wanting to try more of these fusion styles—they’re way more interesting than the usual stuff I drink.
