A NAKED man is giving some Sengkang residents the creeps.
He was recently spotted loitering at a HDB lift lobby on Thursday night.
A visitor to Sengkang called Jack said he came across the totally-naked man at Block 124 when he was on his way to his friend's place at about 11pm.
He took pictures of the man and sent them to citizen journalism website Stomp.
