据中国国防科技信息网报道 波音公司于11月28日获得了美国海军授予的一份对外军售项目（Foreign Military Sales Program）合同，内容是为马来西亚皇家空军（Royal Malaysian Air Force，RMAF）的8架F/A-18D“大黄蜂”（Hornet）战斗机提供首次重大升级改进。

这份合同的内容涉及到翻新设备的设计、开发和安装，将使RMAF的F/A-18D飞机具备更强的导航、瞄准和态势感知能力。合同中规定的具体工作内容包括：①提升机载卫星定位导航系统的性能；②换装1台新的彩色移动地图显示器；③提升敌我识别能力；④加装联合头盔提示系统；⑤针对以上新的系统，为RMAF的飞行员和地勤人员提供相关训练。升级后的F/A-18D飞机将与波音公司的F/A-18E/F“超级大黄蜂”更加兼容，而波音公司正在用后者投标马来西亚的多功能战斗机（Multi-Role Combat Aircraft，MRCA）招标采购项目。

马来西亚政府于1993年订购了8架F/A-18D飞机，波音公司于1997年按照进度计划完成了这些飞机的交付。自那以后，波音公司一直在RMAF的北海（Butterworth）基地为这支F/A-18D飞机机队提供持续保障，工作内容包括工程和后勤保障支援、飞行员训练和技术出版物等。

F/A-18是一型已经历过实战检验的双发多功能战术飞机，通过按下一个按钮，该机就能够在一次出航中完成空战任务状态与对地攻击任务状态之间的转换。该机能够用来执行战斗机护航、压制敌防空、侦察、前线空中控制、近距空中支援、昼夜攻击等任务。除了RMAF之外，列装该机的部队还有美国海军、美国海军陆战队、皇家澳大利亚空军、皇家加拿大空军、芬兰空军、科威特空军、西班牙空军和瑞士空军。（中国航空工业发展研究中心 张洋）

据中国国防科技信息网报道 俄罗斯国际新闻通讯社（RIA Novosti）援引俄国防产品出口公司（Rosoboronexport）副总裁Victor Komardin的话报道称，目前俄罗斯与印度技术专家正在将“布拉莫斯”（BrahMos）超声速巡航导弹集成到苏-30MKM战斗机上。

在日前开幕的LIMA-2011马来西亚兰卡威国际海事航空展上，俄罗斯代表团领队Komardin表示，俄罗斯将会把“布拉莫斯”导弹集成到第一批次的苏-30MKM战斗机上，目前相关的研发工作正在由俄罗斯与印度技术专家合作进行。他同时透露，“布拉莫斯” 巡航导弹除了可供飞机携带发射外，其舰艇发射型已经开发成功，同时还可从地面机动发射装置上发射。

目前苏-30MKM战斗机正在参加马来西亚空军18架新型战斗机采购项目竞标，并且在竞标中居于领先位置。（中国航空工业发展研究中心 陈黎）

According to the China National Defense Science and Technology Information Network reported that the Boeing Company on November 28, won the U.S. Navy awarded a Foreign Military Sales program (Foreign Military Sales Program) contract, the content is for the Royal Malaysian Air Force (Royal Malaysian Air Force, RMAF) 8 frame F/A-18D "Hornet" (Hornet) aircraft to provide the first major upgrades.

The contract covers the refurbishment of equipment design, development and installation, will have more RMAF's F/A-18D aircraft navigation, targeting and situational awareness. Specified in the contract specific work includes: ① improve onboard GPS navigation system performance; ② facelift a new one-color moving map display; ③ enhance the ability to identify friend or foe; ④ the installation of the Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System; ⑤ of the above new system for RMAF pilots and ground personnel to provide relevant training. Upgraded F/A-18D aircraft with Boeing's F/A-18E/F "Super Hornet" more compatible, and Boeing is bidding with the latter multi-role fighters to Malaysia (Multi-Role Combat Aircraft, MRCA ) bidding the project.

Malaysian government in 1993 ordered eight F/A-18D aircraft, the Boeing Company in 1997 and completed according to schedule delivery of these aircraft. Since then, Boeing has been in the RMAF the North Sea (Butterworth) base F/A-18D aircraft for the armed forces to provide continuous protection work includes engineering and logistical support, pilot training and technical publications.

F/A-18 is a type has experienced multi-battle-tested tactics of twin planes, by pressing a button, the machine can be completed in a single voyage in air combat and ground attack mission task state transitions between states. The machine can be used to perform fighter escort, suppression of enemy air defenses, reconnaissance, forward air control, close air support, day and night attack missions. In addition to RMAF, the column of troops loaded the aircraft have the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Royal Australian Air Force, Royal Canadian Air Force, Finnish Air Force, the Kuwait Air Force, Spanish Air Force and the Swiss Air Force. According to the China National Defense Science and Technology Information Network reported that Russia's news agency (RIA Novosti) quoted the Russian defense export company (Rosoboronexport), then vice president Victor Komardin reported that Russia and India currently technical experts are the "Brahmos" (BrahMos) supersonic integrated into the cruise missile on Su-30MKM fighter.

At the recent opening of the LIMA-2011 Malaysia Langkawi International Maritime Airshow, the Russian delegation leader Komardin said that Russia will put the "BrahMos" missile into the first batch of Su-30MKM fighter aircraft, the current relevant R & D work is being used by Russia in cooperation with the Indian technical experts. He also said, "Brahmos" cruise missile carrying aircraft except for launch, the launch of its ship type has been developed, but also from mobile launchers on the ground launch.

Russian Su-33 much superior than USA carrier planes because it needs no steam catapult at all to take off. US always face the same problem of damaged or malfunctioned steam catapult disabling entire carrier since Vietnam wars.

Why Russians are superior because they developed technology since Soviet eras to KILL to WAR and to SAVE national resources not to make PROFIT like ALL US Defense Contractors. Simple as that. US arms makers are creaming their tax payers via Pentagon & Congress, they falsely impress people to get rich just like the Wall Street SCUMS. They are not out to fight for live & death like the Russians.

据中国国防科技信息网报道 俄罗斯国防产品出口公司（Rosoboronexport）已经与印度尼西亚达成协议，将向其提供6架苏-30MK2战斗机，相关合同很可能会在年内签署。

据俄罗斯方面一位曾参加谈判的官员透露，今年早些时候俄罗斯代表团已经与印尼国防部长Purnomo Yusgiantoro和空军司令Emam Sufaat中将会面，探讨双方合作的相关事宜。目前双方的谈判已经进入一个新的阶段，印尼购买6架苏-30MK2战斗机的合同将有望在内年签署。这位官员没有透露这笔合同的总价值，只是表示目前印尼方面尚未最终确定这批飞机的武器配置。

According to the China National Defense Science and Technology Information Network reported that the Russian defense export company (Rosoboronexport) has reached an agreement with Indonesia, would be provided with six Su-30MK2 fighters, the relevant contract is likely to be signed during the year.

not me, if i am an army, i will get us weapons than russian junks. russian workers are so corrupt and lazy, one cannot understand how did they challenge usa in cold war. a job that takes 2 weeks in china will take singapore 1 month, and in russia 1 year. communism really poison the mind of workers.
