That is very bad management, if this was done to me, I will log off from my workstation, take my bag & go home...& tell that butch to "F$#$%^ off". Then I will head to Personnel & file a complaint.

If that was my subordinate & errors keep occurring time & time again, I would not chastise that person in front of so many people. I will tell that person to meet me in the conference room for a tete a tete & trash it out & still no improvement, escalate the issue to higher management to remove that person.

They way the butch conduct 'itself'...is bad management, should be removed too.
