Me, blend celery,broccoli,tomato,apple,orange and coriander(cilantro) tablespoon of fish oil....every morning 1 glass.....![]()
good suggestion....fruit juices plus regular exercise and moderation in your diet....and cut down stress, stress,stress....don't think too much...be happy...relaxed and don't worry....BP will stabilize....
