The Chinese and Jews also use the lunar calendar, except for the significant difference of a thirtenth month every two or three years. This makes Chinese Lunar New Year and Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur at about the same time each year, between Jan 21 to Feb 22, and late Sep to early Oct.
Whereas Ramadan and Eid al Fitr can be any month.
