I dont see why any guy, borned in Australia, and likely to be raised in lucky Australia wld choose to be a SG citizen. Look at the problems SG is facing in trying to attract foreigners to take up SG citizenship. SG can only attract 3rd world PRC and Indian trash.
Will Americans, Australians, Canadians, Britons, Swiss, Norwegians, Finnish, Danish, New Zealanders take up Singapore citizenship? The reverse is true. many Singaporeans are migrating to USA, Aus, Canada, etc.
