My friend didnt pay senoko power for 2 month only.they terminate his account and demand penalty of 300. Is this a scam by them??

terminate means account go back to SP.
If he has cashflow problems, SP is more forgiving but if he was contracted with Senoko on a good rate, then suck thumb, he has to pay SP rates now.
 
This kind of business of selling electricity damn shiok. Minimal bad debts on their books. Better than chenghu hospitals :biggrin:

Ignore the summon. They ain't gonna sue him for 300. Go MP and cry say kenna retrenched no money ask for waiver.
