My F&B bussiness profit improve tremendously after I hired more FT

I have 9 workers mending my small cafe in town area. I used to have all local workers, but the bussiness never do well, partly due to the working attitutes of sinkies, some of them took MC every 2 weeks, and also show bad attitutes towards customers. Last year I started to gracefully exit some of them and started to hire workers from PRC and Myanmar..to date, this is the best decision I ever made for my bussiness. Not only I can save cost, the good working attitute from the FW impressed many of my customers. Some even reported to work even they were sick. These are hard labour jobs that many sinkies will complaint and demand a higher salary. I can only tell you sinkies..go fly kite!
