It shows how stupid are the poodles. That explains why the poodles were so ineffective in quelching the riots in Little India.
In a true democracy, the poodles and the minister would have been taken to task. This is abuse of power.
Show this to illustrate that sinkapore is NOT a democracy. There is no accountability. The police abuses its power and just act on orders from the political master, instead of upholding the law.
