I made such a proposal as early as in the old forum but it went unnoticed.

The very first thing is to teach the Ah Nehs to bathe. MOM should force employers to provide their Nehs with dettol soap.

The PRCs should be banned from using mobile phones anywhere in Singapore especially in the bus and MRT.

My proposal is to link each and every FT with a ministar or ministar of state in some kind of buddy system.

Every time there is a complaint about the foreigner, the ministar will have to explain.
If the foreigner commits serious crime, the ministar will be accountable.

Just one of the perks for their service to the nation.
