If only there were at least one Muslim shipbuilding powerhouse, it could have churned out and pumped out aircraft carriers amphibious landing ships destroyers cruisers submarines dredging vessels crane vessels offshore energy windmills etc by the hundreds and helped Maldives

1. By providing security to Maldivians
2. By providing security to/controlling ships plying the Maldivian Ocean (the Ocean next to Maldives should be called Maldivian Ocean, fair enough).

3. By rooting Maldives firmly in the Muslim geopolitical orbit and protect it from CECA threat, coercion or incursion
