Man jailed for sex with minor

<!-- end left side bar --> <!-- story content : start --> A YOUNG man who had threesome sex with his fiancee and a 14-year-old girl was jailed for seven months on Monday for carnal connection with a girl under 16. Malaysian Kwek Yui Lam, 22, admitted to two counts of having sex with the girl last December, and had a third similar charge taken into consideration. The victim's mother had rented the flat for her to live in since October as the girl could not get along with her mother's new family. From Dec 1, Kwek and his fiancee, moved in.
One night, Kwek asked the victim if she wanted to play 3P, a slang for threesome having sex together. The victim agreed, said Assistant Public Prosecutor Olivine Lin. Kwek had sex with his fiancee, followed by the victim, and then with the fiancee again. After the incident, the fiancee told him not to have sex with the victim again as she regretted having 'shared' her boyfriend with someone else. But Kwek had sex with the victim when they were alone at home on Dec 24. He could have been jailed for up to five years and fined up to $10,000 on each charge.
