STOMPer Calvin says he witnessed an accident outside his workplace at Geylang Lorong 34. A Certis Cisco vehicle crashed into a motorcycle, leaving the rider unable to move on the road.

The STOMPer wrote:

"I saw this accident at 10.59am, just outside my workplace at Geylang Lorong 34.

"The Certis Cisco van was making a turn and collided with a motorcyclist.

"The rider, an Indian man, was badly injured and left lying on the road unable to move. They put an umbrella over him while he was there.

"Someone also heard the Cisco people laughing, and one of the the shop owners there shouted 'what are you laughing for?', to which they made no reply.

"About 10 minutes later, an ambulance came and took the man to a hospital."
