BUTTERWORTH: Malaysians do not need advice from Lee Kuan Yew on how to manage the country, said former premier Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

The comments by Singapore's Minister Mentor showed he wanted Malaysia to be managed like the island republic despite the fundamental differences between the two neighbours, he said.

'Every country has its own peculiar problems, which have to be settled mostly by themselves,' Abdullah told reporters at his Hari Raya open house in Kepala Batas yesterday.

He was commenting on The New York Times interview with Lee on Sept 10 in which Lee spoke about the governing system in Malaysia.

Mr. Badawi should know that lky is not any normal person, he is in fact the MM of leeapore [no other country in this whole wide world has this psoition therefore he [lky] has every right to tell [not advice] how any country should be managed.
Remember, his [lky's] son is none other than the PM[ProxyMinister] of leeapore thru the back window; and its [leepaore] currency is twice the value of Malaysia's, by right Malaysia should pay this MM a fee for telling them guys 'what is best' for them [Malaysians].
