Mrt train cleanliness and aircon

i always find that :

1. most NS and EW line trains are not very clean, aircon weak and full of 灰尘 all over including their aircon vents. it's like they never do cleaning of the train outside and inside for months

2. NEL and DTL lines run by SBS transit much cleaner and better air con power.

what do you think?

the ones they use for connection between Changi Airport and Tanah Merah are like first generation MRT trains. Don't know why they can't put better trains for that transfer line

still cleaner than the EW line train I took this afternoon from Jurong East to Outram. That whole train was like full of filth in the air con vents and the exterior of train was so dirty like they never washed for months to the extent that the windows become darker with filth and light penetration from outside reduced by 30%....and the damn aircon like no power
