The operators of the MRT must be made to compensate commuters. Everytime MRT service is being disrupted, every commuter in the station must be given $50 each as compensation for inconvenience. That should be a deterrent to the MRT.

But, SMRT, SBS Transit, public Listed Company..moo!, moo!, moo!??? You mean in the SAF, they used to have Alpha, Bravo, Charlie Company, now, I forgot, new "pen tau" CEO..so they have added, SMRT Company & soon , SBS Transit Company..'gar kee lang" OIC!?

This should be the way for any service faults but everytime there is a disruption the train operators compensate LTA by way of a fine.
