而李佳芬今晚接受媒體訪問，被問到韓國瑜是否選2020時，她嘆了好幾口氣，感慨地說：「不是三言兩語可以講清楚」。接著李佳芬話鋒一轉，說韓國瑜是一個做事情很磊落的人，人與人交往，對他們來講就是非常的真誠嘛，「背後被開槍的感覺很不好」。
對此，媒體繼續追問，但李佳芬僅回：「說不出來」，接著就叫媒體去問韓國瑜。而李佳芬這番話，是否暗示國民黨中央有人「卡韓」，讓外界留下不少想像空間，十分耐人尋味。

鴻海董事長郭台銘今（17）日在政壇上丟下震撼彈，宣布將參與國民黨總統初選，引起外界關注。對此，有網友找出郭台銘過去批評「廢死刑」的影片，他直接霸氣拍桌：「要我就是一個禮拜槍決，不囉嗦了」。不少網友看到後，紛紛直喊：「其他人不用選啦，想投他了」。

一名網友今日在PTT發文表示，郭台銘之前曾嗆過廢除死刑的人，還說若是他來做，一個禮拜死刑全部執行。對此，原PO好奇問：「若郭選上，死囚準備GG了嗎？」
從影片中可看到，郭台銘在2015年6月的鴻海股東會上，談到台北市北投區文化國小發生的女學生割喉案，並大談廢死議題，當時郭台銘表示：「今天站出來說廢除死刑的人，我只問他一句話，『當他的家人被受到同等待遇的時候，他再出來講這種話，我會支持他。』」

郭台銘接著猛批，「廢除死刑的人不在乎，因為死的不是他的家人。如果死的是他的家人，他站出來廢除死刑，如果第二天他這樣講，我會跪起來說他很偉大」。此外，郭台銘還砲火全開嗆我國領導人缺乏魄力，並霸氣拍桌：「要我就是一個禮拜槍決，不囉嗦了」。
影片曝光後，掀起網友熱議，紛紛留言：「為了死刑，我可以投他」、「霸氣真帥，投你一票」、「投他了，支持死刑」、「其他人不用選啦」，不過仍有網友質疑：「他又不是法務部長，怎麼執行？」、「要不要簽死刑不是總統決定的」。對此，有網友提出方法：「法務部長放自己人有什麼難的」。
回顧2015年的女童割喉案，台北市北投文化國小，一名8歲女童在學校廁所時，慘遭畢業10多年的龔姓校友割喉身亡，龔男落網並依殺人罪起訴。士林地院2016年2月依殺人罪判龔無期徒刑，褫奪公權終身。
根據士林地院判決書上指出，龔男「所犯為公民與政治權利國際公約第6條第2項所指犯罪情節最重大之罪」，但因被告為患有思覺失調症之人，其犯罪動機與病情症狀有關，且「尚有經專業治療而治癒或改善之可能」，因此判決無期徒刑而非死刑。（編輯：凌毓鈞）
