nope, but when there is clearly no financial benefit at all to the TCs, then it raises multiple red flags. AIM buys the rights for 140k, but collects 140k per year in fees from the TCs.

AIM buys the rights to the software and took over responsibility to manage it for a fee. The TCs ended up saving money and man power in the process.
