So what I learnt from wooden goh is that if you can't upgrade, buy this or that flat, and feeling miserable, then the policy is still good because other people could upgrade, buy this or that flat and feel happier?

In that case, we should make them a minority party so that we -the non-PAP -will all have nethappiness.:D
