Aren't we importing foreign labour because we need to fill up the jobs that our locals can't or won't do? That's the PAPpy's typical argument.

So if they're brought in to do the job, what training is this guy yammering about? Is he saying we have brought in foreigners who are not up to the job? Isn't that defeating the purpose of employing foreigners in the first place?

Why do we need to train these blokes when they are here to do menial non brainer work?
It seems that those highly paid bums take training as excuse or cure all.........
