During job interview or work appraisal, the employee dresses up and talks seriously. Is it sincere or just a wayang to secure the job / good appraisal?

Talking from experience. It is true. They will place a flyer on your door gate before hand. Those who didn't want to see them, will dissappear. Once, the flyer flew off without me knowing and I accidentally open my door when the MP arrived. I try to close my door, but one of the crony block my door from closing. KNNBCCB, Luckily, like opera actor, they came and left swiftly just as expected. Just talk to the arsehole while making demands you want see at your block. At the same time, complaints against the cleaners if u behsong as cleaning company are usually cronies of RC or TC manager. Tell the arsehole u big fan of familee and tell him to get TC to do your demands asap.
