If PAP is good they would have gotten more than 60+% in votes with all the media propaganda such as the shitty times & TV media, the institutions like the Police, PA, RC, CCC and Election Department under their tight control. Not forgetting all the Por Lum Pars such as Kinana slaving away.
With almost a total control why didn't they gotten more than 90% of the votes?

Will he be at his MP office everyday? Will he write more letters for his constituents? Will he ask more questions in Parliament? What change will come out of his full-time status?
